The process consists of the introduction of a covering product (10) at one end (9) of the tubing to be lined (5) followed by the introduction of a supple plug (1) with a diameter (d) slightly less than the interior diameter of the tube (D) so that it generates by one part and the other of the assembly "a covering product(10) + plug (1).
