PURPOSE: To provide an openair temperature detection device which makes it possible to minimize the effect on a site at a temperature different from an openpir temperature and detect the temperature of openair with higher accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An openair temperature sensor 20 is installed near heat exchanger fins 13 installed to heat exchanger tubes 12a at the outlet of refrigerant of an outdoor heat exchanger 11 during cooling operation while the refrigerant substantially ends a change from a gas phase to a liquid phase at the outlet areas of the refrigerant of the outdoor heat exchanger 11 and turns into an excess cooled state. The refrigerant outlet area is at a relatively low temperature and the temperature near the heat exchanger fins 13 installed in the area is close to the temperature of openair while the openair temperature sensor 20 is free of thermal effects caused by thermal radiation and thermal conductivity from the surrounding areas. As a result, it is possible to detect the temperature of openair with higher accuracy. |
