PURPOSE: To improve the scar resistance and the plate wear resistance by provid ing a photosensitive layer and a specific silicone rubber layer on a base in this order from below. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer are provided on a base in this order from below. Polysiloxane having the alkenyl group (a) and hydrogen polysiloxane having (b)≡Si-H are combined at the number of Si-H groups of 11-30 of (b) against the alkenyl group of (a), then they are cross-linked and hardened by additional reaction to form the silicone layer. Here, (a) has two alkenyl groups directly connected to the silicon atom in one molecule, the average repetition number (x) of the -(Si(R<1> )(R<2> )-O)- group is 100<=xh600, where R<1> , R<2> are alkyl group or aryl group, and the alkyl group or alkenyl group is directly coupled with the terminal silicone atom. In addition (b) is a compound expressed by the formula, where R<3> indicates the hydrogen atom or methyl group, and R<4> indicates the alkyl group or aryl group, and y=4-100, z=0-100. |
