PURPOSE: To realize remarkably little sojourning of an additive on the inner surface of an extruder cylinder and on the groove surface of an extruder screw and little deterioration thereof, realize uniformly mixed dispersion of the additive in a thermoplastic resin, and consequently obtain a molded article excellent in quality. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method, in which a thermoplastic resin is supplied to an extruder so as to be melted and kneaded with an extruder screw 20 in order to force an additive from an additive pouring port 11 provided in an extruder cylinder 10 into the molten resin so as to be extruded under a melted and kneaded state in order to manufacture a molded article, the additive pouring port 11 is provided so as to tubularly project to the groove part of the extruder screw 20 in order to force the additive from the additive pouring port 11 in the molten resin. |
