[Constitution] A novel 5-FU derivative comprising the compound of general formula (I) and its salt, wherein R<1> and R<2> represent each OH, OCOR<4> (where R<4> is alkyl), OCO(CH2)nOR<5> (where n is 1 to 25 and R<5> is H, acyl, or unsubstituted or halogenated alkoxycarbonyl), OCO(CH2)nSR<6> (where n is 1 to 25 and R<6> is H, alkyl, acyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aralkyl, alkylthio or aralkylthio), OCO(CH2)nNR<7>R<8> (where n is 1 to 25, and R<7> and R<8> are each H, alkyl or unsubstituted or halogenated alkoxycarbonyl), or OCO(CH2)mN3 (wherein m is 1 to 25); R<3> represents H or the same group as R<2>. [Effect] This novel 5-fluorouracil derivative has an excellent antineoplastic effect. |
