The trolley has a single enclosure (4) in which there is a refrigeration unit (9, 10, 11, 12) including evaporators as well as heating panels (13) for restoring temperature. The plates (6) include each a part placed directly in contact with the panel (13) which supports the plate to be heated. A second part supports the plates which are to be kept cold, with the aid of an eutectic reservoir (12). The first part of each plate is thermally conducting, with a second insulating part separating it from the low temperature part.
