摘要 PURPOSE:To make a reagent react with a sample and to enable the measurement of the concentration of a specified component in a reaction solution, by a method wherein a selection timing of a plurality of selector valves connected to channels respectively is controlled in accordance with the quantity of the reagent injected separately. CONSTITUTION:Syringes 2a, 2b and 2c of channels (a), (b) and (c) are connected in parallel to a common driving motor 1, and three selector valves such as solenoid selector valves 7a, 8a, 9a, etc., are connected in series to each syringe. The selector valves have a common port 10a etc. and independent ports 11a, 12a, etc. respectively, and a water vessel 19a etc., waste liquid vessel 20a etc., a reagent vessel 3a etc. and a separate injection nozzle 5a etc. are connected to the channels respectively. According to this constitution, a selection timing of each selector valve is controlled in accordance with a required quantity of a reagent injected separately, selecting operations for suction and discharge of the reagent and water are conducted at different timings for each channel, and thereby the quantity of the reagent injection separately can be controlled.
