PURPOSE: To provide an electron accumulation ring which can take out SR light having approx. uniform characteristics from a plurality of SR light takeout ports. CONSTITUTION: An electron accumulation ring is configured with deflection electromagnets 3a, 3b forming tracks 1a, 1b in the form of an arc of circle of a closed loop electron track including a track in the form of an arc of circle having a radius off curvature R, wherein the beta function x in the direction parallel with the track surface in the center in circumferential direction of the arc-shaped tracks 1a, 1b should meet the relationship that 0.8×R(1-n)<-1/2> $<=βx <=1.2×R(1-n)<-1/2> , where B represents the magnetic field component which lies within the electron track surface and is directed as perpendicular thereto, and (n) is defined as n=-(R/B)(dB/dR).
