<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus providing a motion picture shooting mode, in which current consumption is reduced, and implementing the motion picture shooting mode in the compact state where a case is closed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus has a means for selecting a display destination of a moving image in a motion picture shooting mode, and displays the moving image on a back LCD 5 where a current consumption is reduced. It is detected by a folding switch S13 whether a case is open or closed, motion picture shooting is performed even in the compact state where the case is closed, to capture the moving image and an audio signal into memories 6, 10, and a message indicating a state under motion picture shooting or the moving image is displayed on the back LCD 5.
