Devices for stopping bottles with cork-bark and for domestic use, of the type comprising four claws which secure the stopper and a lever which has a suitable punch for pushing the stopper into the bottle neck. The device comprises two coaxial cylindrical bodies 2 and 3, one of which turns in the other, the inside of which has four seats 2a configured circumferentially with an eccentric profile. Points 6a belonging to the four claws 6 are able to slide in the seats 2a. In addition to this, the claws 6 have [lacuna] 6 in relief which penetrate tracks 4a and 5a produced in two covers for closing the cylindrical bodies 2 and 3. <IMAGE>
