<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a toner fixable at low temp. and not causing blocking by sticking fine particles of a specified average particle diameter to the surfaces of toner particles contg. a bonding resin having a specified glass transition temp. or less, a colorant and fatty acid amide. CONSTITUTION: Fine particles of <=1μm average particle diameter are stuck to the surfaces of toner particles contg. a bonding resin having <=60 deg.C glass transition temp. (Tg), a colorant and fatty acid amide. Since the fatty acid amide is contained, the lubricity of the surface of the resultant toner is improved, and even when a bonding resin having a low Tg is used, the blocking characteristic of the toner particles is satisfactory and fixability is improved. The fatty acid amide is preferably unsatd. fatty acid monoamide or substd. amide having a low m.p. The pref. m.p. of the fatty acid amide is 50-100 deg.C. The especially pref. Tg of the bonding resin is 30-55 deg.C.</p> |
