PURPOSE: To suitably monitor the state of a battery when the key switch of an electric motor vehicle is off by suppressing current consumption. CONSTITUTION: One minute is set for a short time starting period (initialized) T1 of an RTC 13 stopped in the state in which a key switch 17 is closed. Power is supplied to a CPU 14 at each one minute as a short time starting period up to 30 minutes as a specified time in which the switch 17 is opened, delicate data is measured. After 30 minutes is elapsed as a specified time, power is supplied to the CPU 14 at each 60min as a long time starting period, and the data corresponding to the slow charge is measured. |
