CLONING AND EXPRESSION OF MICROBIAL PHYTASE

The invention relates to microbiologic production and the purification of phytasis, namely the DNA that is coded phytasis. The extrication and cloning of the series of this DNA is made by the use of special nucleotide probes, which are designed exclusively for this invention. The invention also includes the construction of an expression vector, in which is at least part of the DNA, which is coded phytasis. The production of the cells, suggesting bacteria are transformed by this vector.
