The device, for fixing planks together to form panels which have the option of having a radius of curvature, consists of planks drilled along their width (1) with holes (5) for the passage of canes (3). Collars (2) maintain a constant spacing between the planks. A screw (4) is positioned at the end of each cane for fixing it.
