PURPOSE: To provide a sterilization gas treating apparatus which can efficiently convert a highly poisonous sterilization gas into innoxious one with a simple structure in a gas sterilizer in which a sterilization gas is introduced into a sterilization tank to sterilize an object to be sterilized housed in the tank and, after the sterilization treatment, the sterilization gas in the sterilization tank is discharged from an exhaust line. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas suction means P is connected to an exhaust line 3 to perform a vacuum suction of the inside a sterilization tank 1 while a treating container 6 housing a chemical liquid for making a sterilization gas innoxious is connected on the downstream side of the exhaust gas suction means P. A circulation line 7 for the chemical liquid is connected between the treating container 6 and the exhaust gas suction means P. Moreover, the exhaust gas suction means P employs a liquid sealed type rotary pump and the circulation line 7 acts as a liquid sealed line to the liquid sealed type rotary pump. |
