<p>PURPOSE: To easily operate equipment even by the aged by detecting the existence of a human being with an infrared detecting means, further, catching a signal generated by that person and outputting an operating command to each of equipment. CONSTITUTION: The system is constructed to control an illumination 9, a television 10 and an air conditioner 11 by respectively connecting them to a control part 7 while fitting an infrared sensor 8 onto the wall surface of a bed room, and the infrared sensors 8 are installed at an entrance 8a of the bed room and on a wall 8b near a bed. When a person comes into the room, that person crosses in front of the infrared sensor 8a so that the detection of a human body is moved from the entrance side element to the far side element with the lapse of time. Thus, the moving direction of the person can be detected. When the entrance of the person is caught by the infrared sensor 8a and the signal of entrance is sent to the control part 7, the signal of 'on' is sent from the control part 7 to the illumination 9 and the illumination is turned on. Besides, when the person gets into the bed and puts a hand on the side of a pillow, the infrared sensor 8b recognizes the shape of hanging the hand and transmits it to the control part 7, and a signal for turning on the switch of the television 10 is sent from the control part 7 so that the television can be turned on.</p> |
