发明名称 PRODUCTION OF THIN LAMINATE BY GAS PRESSURIZED VACUUM LAMINATION MECHANISM
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To efficiently produce a thin laminate in good yield by setting the thicknesses of the insulating layer, copper foil and a prepreg to specific values or less and using only one prepreg between the respective layers of the laminated sheet and setting a resin component to a specific value in the characteristic value of the prepreg. CONSTITUTION: The thickness of each of the insulating layers of laminated sheet 3, 5 constituting a laminate is set to 0.1mm or less and the thickness of each of the copper foils of the laminated sheets is set to 35mm or less and prepregs 2, 4, 6 are used between the laminated sheets and between the laminated sheets and the copper foils only by one and a resin component is 60-80% in the characteristic value of the prepregs and a prepreg with a thickness of 0.1mm or less is used in a part or all of the prepregs. The laminated sheets 3, 5, the copper foils 1, 7 and the prepregs 2, 4, 6 are stacked between upper and lower molds in constitutional order to be hermetically sealed in a vacuum pack and this pack is fed in a pressure vessel to be internally connected to a vacuum pump to be hermetically sealed in the pressure vessel. Thereafter, the vacuum pack is degassed to be reduced in pressure and inert gas is supplied into the pressure vessel to pressurize the laminate and heated to heat the laminate.</p>
