PURPOSE: To carry out printing without making use of an ink ribbon. CONSTITUTION: Heat transfer recording paper is comprised of a base material 29, coloring layer 30 and heat resistant active layer 31. The heats resistant active layer 31 is pressure-contacted by a thermal head. Hereby, an ink layer provided on an ink supply body is melted and printing data is printed on the heat transfer recording paper. |
