The film for carbon compound material is produced in such a manner that a coating solution formed of thermo-setting resin and boron-group powder is pressurized and hardened under the condition of 50-300 psi and 100-200 deg.C, and carbonized under the ambient of nonoxidizing gas of 1000-1500 deg.C at temperature-rising rate of 10-60 deg.C.
