CONSTITUTION: A block for correcting scanning line on which a smooth inclining surface 5a with specified tilt angle is provided with a block for adjusting Z- coordinate where a plurality of step parts 4a with different heights are formed apart from each other along the surface 5a. Further, a block for adjusting Y-coordinate where a groove part 6a whose width is almost the same as the diameter of light beam flux for measurement and which has an angle against the main scanning direction is formed on two steps with different heights in the part 4a, is prepared.
