The suitcase or trunk trolley consist of a loading platform mounted on two to four spring wheel arrangements which may be adjusted for height by the user and the wheels may be automatically braked when not loaded. A piece of luggage is placed on the trolley platform. Spring legs are provided at each corner, joined by cross struts for stability, at the ends of which are wheels. A grip handle is pivoted to the platform for transportation. The wheels may have axles running in tapered, slotted holes so that when the load is removed rotation is inhibited. The distance of the wheels from the platform may be manually adjusted or altered by means of an electric motor and cables.
