PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive load controller saved in space which is capable of controlling load without contact by operations other than a prescribed remote control, and has long life. CONSTITUTION: A reception part 6 receives a first optical signal transmitted from the exclusive optical remote controller 1 at a remote place or a second optical signal from a transmission part 5 reflected by a reflector 2 approaching within a prescribed range and a lamp 6 is controlled. Therefore, because the lamp 6 can be controlled by the other operation in addition to a prescribed remote control by the first optical signal, that is an operation by the reflector 2, the lamp 6 can be controlled even when the exclusive optical remote controller 1 generating the first optical signal can not be used. Because the first and second optical signals can be received by a common reception part 3, space can be saved and cost can be reduced. Because the control of the lamp 6 is performed in a non-contact state, a problem such as the defective contact due to the secular change in a mechanical switch does not occur and the long life of this controller can be secured. |
