Individual weapon (10) having a barrel (11) centred on a firing axis XX' and optronic sight means (12) defining a sight axis YY' of the weapon (10), a means of control of the firing of ammunition fired by the weapon, which can be actuated by a person carrying the weapon, this weapon being characterised in that it comprises means (15, 16-22, 23-13, 14, - 112, 114) for stabilizing the sight axis YY', means of detecting angular coincidence (16, 24, 25-48, 49) between the sight axis YY' and the firing axis XX', these means emitting a firing signal when there is coincidence between the two axes and in that the firing control comprises a firing authorization means (18) which can be actuated by the person carrying the weapon and an automatic firing circuit (26) triggering the firing of the ammunition when the authorization means (18) has been actuated and when the coincidence detection means emit the firing signal. <IMAGE> |
