Supply voltage circuit for maintaining stable operation of NTL-gate circuits

The power supply (1) for a non-threshold logic circuit (NTL) (14) with NTL gates as a monitoring circuit (22) with a dummy NTL gate circuit which provides a monitored voltage, the monitored voltage being the voltage fluctuation between the voltage on an NTL low level power supply conductor (6) and an external high level voltage supply conductor (2) relative to an external low level voltage on an external power supply conductor (4). A reference circuit (24) with a comparison and reference circuit (26,28) compares the monitored voltage with a reference voltage and controls the NTL low level voltage based on the comparison so that the NTL low level voltage maintains a predefined voltage.
