FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves the action of low-frequency ultrasonic oscillation on the wound. New in method: action is carried out through the hemostatic solution administrated into the wound. Solution has fibrinogen and Σ-aminocaproic acid the following ratio, %: fibrinogen 0.4-1.0; S-aminocaproic acid 5.0, and water the rest. Method can be used for bleeding stop from the wounds including that from the porous bones. EFFECT: rapid and safe bleeding stop, in part, at condition of blood coagulation factors deficiency and fibrinolysis activation. |
