The juicer comprises a pair of crushing helical gears each consisting of a crush part and a conveyer part in integration in the shape of Archimedes screw to be housed for rotation in a juice separation net having a primary separation mesh part and a secondary separation part joined for stepped integration, the primary part being larger in diameter than the secondary one. The two crush gears are engaged for rotation. The juicer effects rapid and effective juice expression out of vegetables and fruits.
