Cooking pan with fat collecting trough

The cooking pan whose bottom contains a depression at one side for the cooking fluids has an associated spatula. The depression in the pan forms the fat trough with a straight edge at the roasting surface plane. Pref. the spatula has a sharp cutting edge at the side, away from its handle and is indispensable for a pan of refined steel.
