FIELD: cleaning of parts. SUBSTANCE: nonaqueous cleaning method employs organic solvent for removal of dirt or surface contamination from articles such as printed circuit boards which are cleaned by their immersion into compartment of cleaning vessel containing organic cleaning solvent, preferably, hydrocarbon solvent. Cleaned articles coated now with organic cleaning solvent is immersed into the washing compartment which contains washing solution based on carbon tetrafluoride with affinity to organic cleaning solvent. Organic solvent is removed, in this manner, from the article, which is then dried with no sewage water, as it is in the known method for degreasing with solvent vapors. EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning.
