PURPOSE: To form a molded body from an extrusion molding machine to be fitted to a vehicle and used for an air flow control member and a molding member in a desirous from by a profile section molding process or a profile section molding device. CONSTITUTION: Molding is performed by an extrusion molding machine so that a section provided with a connecting part 11 sitting astride of an end part side 9A of a surface part 9 of an outer trim to be joined to a base surface 7 is attained, is conveyed to a jig 17 molding a molded body 3a, which is extrusion molded, into a profile section, lengths of parts 11A, 11B of the connecting part 11 are connected with each other by varying their lengths and at least a part of an end part of a car width direction of the surface part 9 of the outer trim is cut off along its longitudinal direction, through which the molded body 3a is formed so that a sectional change is attained. |
