<p>The wiper has a rotary drive shaft in a housing (10) on which the wiper arm (12) rotates by means of a pivot (34) and which contains a transmission mechanism with a moving output member (30) connected to the wiper arm. The pivot (34) is connected to the wiper arm (12,44) and is able to rotate in a guide bush (38) formed in a section (22,24) of the housing. The output member (30) of the transmission mechanism is connected to the wiper arm, has the guide bush passing through it and fits into a recess (32) in the housing, and is held in place by a retaining ring (60) round the pivot.</p> |
