PURPOSE: To obviate the trouble such that an oil filling nozzle comes into collision with the periphery of an oil filling port and injures the body of an automobile. CONSTITUTION: In a controller 10, an amount of displacement of the tip of a second arm 5 detected by an encoder 9 is compared with a reference value (ΔP2) stored beforehand, and if the amounts of displacement of the tip of the arm 5 exceeds the reference value (ΔP2), the controller suspends the control for a drive means 8.
