<p>PURPOSE: To enable a wiring provided between an ignition device and an ignition coil to be markedly lessened in length so as to enhance the ignition coil in mountability by a method wherein the ignition device where a power switching device is built in is provided integrally with to the ignition coil. CONSTITUTION: An ignition device 2 fitted with a mounting bracket 8 is mounted on the core of an ignition coil 1 with screws 3 so as to assemble the ignition device 2 equipped with a power switching device and the ignition coil 1 into one piece. The ignition device 2 and the ignition coil 1 are assembled into one piece so as to come into close contact with each other. The ignition device 2 where the power switching device is built in and the ignition coil 1 are formed into an integral ignition coil, which is mounted on a suction pipe fitted to an engine or around the side face center of an engine. By this setup, a wiring provided between an ignition device and an ignition coil is markedly lessened in length, so that an ignition coil of this constitution is capable of being reduced in wiring loss.</p> |
