<p>PURPOSE: To provide a lamp in which no crack and no bend is generated by installing base members in flat pressed sealing parts in both end parts of a tubular bulb. CONSTITUTION: A both base type tubular lap is provided with flat pressed sealing parts 11 formed in both end parts of a tubular glass bulb 1, bulb 1 unpressed parts adjacent to the sealing parts 11, and base members 2 which are clamped and installed in lead wire 15 parts. Stress to be applied to the base member 2 is dispersedly applied not only to the pressed sealing part but also to an unsealing part, so that stress applied to each part is reduced, and as a result, fatal defects for a bulb such as a crack and a bend generated in the sealing part can be reduced.</p> |
