PURPOSE: To determine an optimum module-group release-voltage set value automatically by successively repeating continuous control operation after a fixed time for confirming a state until the state of output power at the time of the start of a converter reaches the state of transmission. CONSTITUTION: When the state of voltage reaches an initial set value VST1 for start at a time t1 , a start command signal Sop from a start-stop monitor circuit is received after a time T1 for confirming the state of voltage, and an inverter section is started. The inverter section is decided to be brought to a receiving state from an AC system power supply by deciding a power detecting signal Sp in the monitor circuit, and the inverter section receives the stop signal Sop and stops after a time T2 for confirming an operating state after start. When the inverter section is stopped and voltage Vso increases and reaches VST2 +α at a time t2 , the inverter section receives the start command signal Sop from the monitor circuit and is restarted at the time t2 , and subsequently the same operation is repeated. Accordingly, the optimum value of release voltage for a power generation system start command can be set automatically at all times. |
