<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently perform operations for a large and a sail freights by moving a carriage along a mobile conveyor device by means of hook engaging, determining the position of an adjustable shelf frame by a sensor, stopping the mobile conveyor device by a positioning pin and fixing the carriage by the positioning pin. CONSTITUTION: A mobile conveyor device 1 is rotated in the direction of an arrow. the hook receiving tool 6 of the mobile conveyor device 1 is engaged with the hook 8 of a carriage 7 and the carriage 7 is moved in the direction parallel to the mobile conveyor device 1. The positioning pin of the lower connection tool 14 of the front part of the carriage 7 is detected by a sensor S1, and when the position of the first shelf frame is determined, the mobile conveyor device 1 is automatically stopped. At the same time, the positioning stopper 18 is advanced and fitted into a fitting hole 17 for the positioning stopper and the carriage is fixed. Next, a freight is sent by a lifter transfer conveyor into a shelf rail 21. When the sending-in operation is detected, the fixation of the carriage is released. Since the interval of the shelf frame is changeable, operations can be efficiently performed by one carriage even when the size of the freight differs.</p> |
