<p>PURPOSE: To produce a cold rolled steel sheet having relatively low contents of P and Cu, excellent in corrosion resistance and drawability, and cab of use without plating. CONSTITUTION: A steel stock slab, having a composition consisting of, by mass, 0.001-0.006% C, <=0.30% Si, 0.10-0.50% Mn, <0.03% P, <=0.010% S, 0.15-0.40% Cu, <=0.1% Cr, <=0.005% N, 0.005-0.10% Al, 0.01-0.1% Ti, 0-0.1% Nb, 0-0.0010% B, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, is used. A slab of this steel is 15 heated at 1050-1170 deg.C for 180-300min, hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and continuously annealed at >=780 deg.C. The steel sheet produced by this method can be suitably used as automobile exterior and interior steel sheet in particular, and further, there is no hindrance to recycle because of low Cu and P contents.</p> |
