PURPOSE: To surely eliminate erroneous correction which deteriorates the present registration state and at the same time to improve remarkably the reliability of implementing normal registration correction when the registration is corrected. CONSTITUTION: A registration correction mark which is formed on a image holder is detected, and an image processing station 52 diagnoses whether an image making means, a reading means 10, and a resist dislocation correction means can work normally or not. |
