<p>PURPOSE: To provide a high humidity thawing cold-storage system which can contribute to the simplification of an operating and the reduction in the size of a system by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: The high humidity thawing cold-storage system comprises a cold storage chamber 1 for cold storing content, a shower unit 2 provided in the chamber l to spray cold or warm water, a warm water tank 15 for storing the warm water, a heat pump type chiller unit 13 for cooling cold water in the tank 5 and warming the warm water in the tank 15, a supply tube 6 for feeding the cold or warm water from the tanks 5, 15 to the unit 2, and a filling 14 sprayed with the cold or warm water from the unit 2. Further, the system comprises a blower 3 for supplying cold and warm air to the chamber 1 by diffusing the air to the cold or warm water in the filling 14.</p> |
