PURPOSE: To prevent a label from becoming uneven and peeling off by producing no air stay between a housing and the label when the label is stuck on the housing. CONSTITUTION: A rotary connector device electrically connects a steering side to a vehicle side with a flexible cable stored in spiral state in a housing 1. Air vent holes 15 are provided in the label sticking face 13 of the housing 1. A plurality of recessed parts 14 are formed in the label sticking face 13 and respective recessed parts 14 are communicated to the vent holes 15. The vent holes 15 are opened in the center side of the housing 1.
