<p>PURPOSE: To provide a liquid crystal display panel capable of preventing the disturbance in the orientation of a liquid crystal and the occurrence of cross talk. CONSTITUTION: In an active matrix substrate constituting the liquid crystal display panel, plural pixel electrodes (liquid crystal drive electrodes) 14 arranged on a substrate main body 1 in matrix and driving the liquid crystal, plural data signal lines 11a, 11b arranged at every column of pixel electrodes 14 and supplying the data to the pixel electrodes 14 of the opposing column, a TFT 13 controlling the supply of the data from the data signal lines to the pixel electrodes and storage additional capacity 23 added to the pixel electrode side of the TFT 13 are provided, and the pixel electrode 14 of each column is made into a structure provided with a part superposing with the data signal line 11a corresponding to the pixel electrode through an interlayer insulation film and the part superposing with the data signal line 11b corresponding to the pixel electrode 14 of the adjacent column through the interlayer insulation film and of which coupling capacity CSD1 , CSD2 in both superposition parts are nearly equal.</p> |
