<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for laminating a sheet which can obtain a laminate having excellent commodity value without generating wrinkle at the surface material laminated on a base material surface. CONSTITUTION: The upper surface of a zinc-plated iron plate is coated with rubber adhesive 11, heated to 60 deg.C by a heater 7, and a base material 1 in which the adhesive is melted is conveyed toward press bonding rolls 3. On the other hand, a surface material 2 made of polyethylene foamed sheet having a thickness of 4mm is supplied obliquely upward from above the material 1 toward the rolls 3. When the ends 12 of the material 1 are approached to the cut part 6, the material 2 is cut by a cutting blade 6. A suction roll 4 and a suction plate 5 are reduced to 2000mmAq by a pressure reducing pump. When the material 2 is cut, the material 2 between the roll 3 and the blade 6 is sucked to the roll 4 and the plate 5, and fed to the rolls 3.</p> |
