PURPOSE: To facilitate the collection and treatment of relatively large waste such as large-sized refuse, industrial waste, etc., by loading a crushing machine for crushing the waste on a vehicle, and providing a carrying-in mechanism for carrying the waste into the input port of the crushing machine on the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A box shaped crushing chamber 21 wherein its input port 22 is opened on the upper part, crushing blades 25, 26 to be engaged with two rotary shafts 23, 24 horizontally and parallely arranged in the crushing chamber so as to be freely rotated, and a crushing machine 2 composed of driving parts 27, 28 such as a motor are loaded on a load-carrying platform 11 of a vehicle 1.
