The dispenser has a control valve housing (1) with a dispensing outlet (3) for a fill material. A closure element (4) on a valve pin (5) can be moved into the cylindrical bore (2) between an open and a closed position to close the outlet. The closure element has a circumferential seal ring (6) on the outer coating surface of the closure element. The closure element has an annular knife edge (7) on its reverse side facing the cylindrical bore. When the closure element is inserted into the bore the knife edge is moved up to the inner wall of the cylindrical bore.
