PURPOSE:To realize the controlling of printing according to respective form papers by a method wherein a controlling means for displaying a form setting picture plane on a display, a means for storing contents, which are set for the respective setting items on the form setting picture plane and inputted, in a memory, and the like are provided. CONSTITUTION:In order to print document stored in the document realm of a RAM 11 on a manuscript paper, printing mode is set on a device by operating the printing function keys on a key board 16 so as to display form setting items for printing horizontally ruled paper on the picture plane of a display 18 in order to set forms for every above-mentioned items by means of the cursor key, ten keys and the like of the key board 16. In this case, the setting values of the respective items are set in the printing form realm in the RAM 11... Thus, after the finish of the setting of printing forms, by operating a selecting and executing key, printing operation is started with a printer 23 on the basis of the printing processing program stored in a program realm 13. |
