PURPOSE:To transmit only image data which are desired by a transmitting person and to make conversation by images and voices possible by performing image processing to a part except the face of a user so that it is different from the image data and transmitting the processed image data to the other information processor. CONSTITUTION:The image of the user is fetched by a CCD camera 107, a video signal is binarized by a DSP 106 and recorded on a VRAM 104. At the same time, the voice of the user is fetched by a microphone 109, and an analog signal is digitized by an A/D converter 108 and recorded on the VRAM 104. At this time, out of the fetched data on the VRAM 104, a part except the face of the user is image-processed by an MPU 101 so as to make the part different from the image data, the DMA transfer of the image data resulting from that image processing is performed by a line LSI 110, and the image data are transmitted to a line. Therefore, the image data not desired by the transmitting person are not transmitted, so that privacy can be protected. |
