PURPOSE:To prevent interruption without advance notice, and to facilitate the talking state improvement due to position movement. CONSTITUTION:A background noise addition circuit 7 adds noise to an output of a voice CODEC 5 and a control section 6 controls a noise level so as to be increased as a received electric field strength is decreased. Thus, the received electric field strength R is discriminated based on the level of added noise and the talking state is easily improved by prediction of talking interruption or a talking position. |
