PURPOSE: A board device for matching numerous meters of a No.7 link is provided to perform a maintenance and a repair of numerous meter by using a control switching part and a control part controlling numerous meters at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A board device includes a control part(20), a control switching part(30), an MGTS(Message Generation Traffic System) matching part(40), a CH32 matching part(50), and an SPM(Signal Protocol Monitor) matching part(60). The control part(20) is contacted to numerous meters, and performs a maintenance and a repair test by selecting one of the numerous meters by an operation of the control switching part(30). At this time, after matching the numerous meters at the same time, the control part(10) matches by using a connector and a cable of each matching part of the numerous meters. The MGTS matching part(40) performs a matching function with a necessary equipment in the time of testing No.7 link layer 3 function. The CH32 matching part(50) performs a matching function with a necessary equipment in the time of testing a function. The SPM matching part(60) performs a matching with an equipment monitoring a No.7 link layer2 protocol. At this time, the SPM matching part(60) is connected to a matching connector part(10). And, the control part is connected between the matching connector part(10) and the SPM matching part(60).
