PURPOSE: To display images generated by a computer without obstructing the visual field of a user by constituting an image system by a camera for monitoring a scene, a processor for generating processing signals for indicating information relating to the scene and a display device. CONSTITUTION: A video camera 22 sends the electronic depiction of the image of a testee to the processor 28 and a patient position sensor 24 transmits the information to the processor 28 and enables an image processing for compensating the movement of a patient and a display function. The processor 28 decides a position and movement information by tracking the feature of the patient and an observer position sensor 26 tracks the position of an observer and makes the observer able to move, turn back and view the different visual fields of the image. In addition to the scanning of image data, the processor 28 receives input from a surgeon, marks an area where the surgeon is interested in and constructs a graphic data base for performing analysis later. The processed images are sent to the display device 30. |
