PURPOSE:To eliminate a VAV unit of insufficient air volume and to save the conveying power of a fan by setting the number of revolutions of the fan to a suitable value. CONSTITUTION:A deviation DELTARn between a target value Rn of this time and a target value Tn-1 of previous time of the number of revolutions of a fan is obtained (step 303). In the case of ¦DELTARn¦>=alpha2 a, and DELTARn>0, the number of revolutions of the fan is increased by ¦DELTARn¦ (step 306). In the case of ¦DELTARh¦>=alpha and DELTARn <=0, the number of revolutions of the fan is decreased by ¦DELTARn¦ (step 307). In the case of ¦DELTARn¦< alpha, the VAV of fully opening is set. If the operating direction of the damper of the VAV is opened, the number of revolutions of the fan is increased by predetermined amount C (step 311). Thus, all the VAVs are less than 85%. If the operating direction of the damper is not opened at the VAV, the number of revolutions of the fan is decreased by a predetermined amount C (step 314). In this case, the alpha is 10%, and the C is 1%. |
