PURPOSE:To reduce the labor in tightening a tube joint and provide a correct tightening quantity by applying a label on the tube joint. CONSTITUTION:A correct tightening quantity display label 41 comprises a main body application part 42 to be applied to the side of a tube joint main body 1, and a nut application part 43 to be applied to the side of a nut 5 and separated from the main body application part 42 by torque at the time of tightening the nut 5. A reference mark 45 is provided on the nut application part 43, and a primary tightening completion position display mark 47 is provided on the main body application part 42 to coincide with the reference mark 45 when the pre-tightened nut 5 is tightened for a correct tightening quantity. The main body application part 42 and the nut application part 43 of the correct tightening quantity display label 41 are applied to the tube fitting main body 1 and the nut 5 respectively, and the nut 5 is rotated till the reference mark 45 coincides with the primary tightening completion position display mark 47. |
